    • Your order or service number
    • A brief reason for cancellation

  • Confirmation: Once your cancellation is processed, we’ll send a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Fees and Refunds

  • Cancellation Fees: Fees may apply based on the service provider’s terms (e.g., airlines, hotels, or activity operators). These vary depending on the booking type, timing of cancellation, and provider policies.
  • Refund Eligibility: Not all bookings are refundable. Discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. If eligible, refunds will follow the provider’s policy.
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing may cause slight delays.

3. Partial Cancellations

If you cancel only part of your booking (e.g., one leg of a trip or a single service), a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount depends on the provider’s policy and the specifics of your booking.

4. No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled service (e.g., a flight or event) without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. You may also be charged the full booking amount, as per the provider’s terms.
